Each order is designed and assembled once you order. These will take up to 4 to 6 weeks depending on the season.

Personal checks and money orders are accepted.
Payment must clear before items are shipped.
50% deposit is required prior to starting custom orders. Balance to be paid before item is shipped.

*DEPOSITS* - All custom work requires a deposit. After all details are confirmed, a deposit listing will be created. This amount is not refundable, as it is used to purchase supplies necessary for the bridal bouquet set. Balance and shipping costs will need to be paid upon approval of the finished product photos, at which point, an opportunity will be given to adjust flowers/wrapping to your liking. A second listing will be set up to make final balance payment..

Damaged:

Due to possible damages that might be inflicted during transportation of being shipped, please take any pictures of instant time of arrival and send us a message.

Lost:
If your tracking number shows it's arrived but it's not at your residence, please contact the shipping company immediately and file a claim with them. We're no longer responsible for your package after it ships out if it get's lost or stolen. You may add additional

We ship USPS, all shipping payments must be made before shipping. All products shipping cost are based off Size and Weight. We will ship your purchase based on the time frame listed on the item.

Returns - please reach out within 3 days to process the returns, must be shipped within 7 days and 25% return and restocking fee applies. Returns will be accepted if the product is in new unused condition;
